Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all regions within Indonesia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status in your account under the Orders section or by using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags and labels attached.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account and go to Orders
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the items
- Provide a reason for the return
- Print the return label and packing slip
- Package the item securely with the return label
- Drop off at the designated shipping location
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

All products come with manufacturer warranties as specified by the brand. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product documentation or contact customer service for specific warranty information.
For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assist you in processing your warranty claim with the manufacturer.
